Не понял - с чего бы в стяжке был нужен ЭППС? Туда ПСБ-С 25 более чем достаточно. ЭППС это удел подземного и "подводного" (100% влажности и капиллярный подсос, типа инверсионной кровли, утепления отмосток и цоколей, грунта под фундаментами и т.п.) строительства. А он стоит не дороже керамзита с цементом и арматурой, а весит много меньше, и его укладка много дешевле и безопаснее по нагрузке на плиты и стены.А по прогибанию под стенами - я так понял, бетонная плита уже есть...

_1. В принципе да. Тогда нужно применять ЭППС, который стоит в 2,5 раза дороже керамзита и цемента._Не знаю как у вас, у меня 1куб керамзита стоит 3300р, ЭППС 4500р, цемент м400 305руб/мешок. Пенопласт 35кг/куб - не знаю, не интересовался - думаю, что дешевле ЭППС.
2. На керамзитовую плиту можно после набора прочности ставить перегородки, а на что их еще ставить, на прогибающееся перекрытие?
Сделайте основание под стены в виде ленточного "фундамента" из кирпича или поставьте опалубку и сделайте из керамзитобетона. остальное пространство заполнить пенопластом и сделать по нему стяжку. и овцы сыты, и волков отстреливать не надо

Усредненные пропорции легкого бетона Ц:П:К = 1:2:5.
На практике (при отсутствии лаборатории....) замешивают Ц+П 1:2 +вода и для получения наиболее облегченного бетона всыпают керамзит (по необходимости и воды) до тех пор, пока не перестанет покрываться раствором. Без песка раствор не "смачивает" керамзит.
В Вашем случае не критична и сухая засыпка керамзита с уплотнением под стяжку.

Узнать прочность можно только раздавив прессом контрольный образец! Херо/хиромантией не занимаюсь.
Меньше песка - больше пор - арматура не связана с бетоном, не работает, а гниет.
Я давал ссыль на методику подбора состава. Состав подбирается под конкретную марку прочности. Марка устанавливается в соответствии с прочностью на сжатие. На прочность влияет каждый компанент как свойствами, так и количеством (особо вода). Меньше воды - ниже В/Ц - выше прчность. +пластификатор - "-"вода. Прочность/марка керамзита. Подбор гранул нужных размеров, марка цемента и т.д. Все эти знания без лаборатории пустой звон. Без песка керамзит плохо связывается цементным молоком. Все индивидуально.
Керамзит по-любому легче песка и мусора, который вы сняли.

Был я там, единственная из близких - тема по пористому керамзитобетону, да и то их больше интересует теплопроводность и технология промышленного изготовления.
У ТС да и у меня несколько другой вопрос. Меня больше заинтересовал опыт Константина Тимошенко
Вроде не нашел в его технологии каких либо косяков, однако для себя не вижу возможности воспользоваться бетономешалкой

Там вся "технология" - один большой косяк. Начиная от идеи "пористого керамзитобетона" и заканчивая отсутствием песка в его так называемом "бетоне". А "испытание" блока нагрузкой из 150 кирпичей (макс. 200кг весом) на неизвестно какую площадь "дощечки" - это вообще курам на смех.

И почему? КПКБ - вполне себе рабочая технология, правда, если только хорошо и тщательно штукатурить с 2-х сторон стену. Иначе сквозняки гарантированы.
А блоки из такого бетона - вполне себе проходят и ГОСТовские испытания.
